The 2/3 rule seems interesting, which goes beyond mob rule and limits laws to sizable majorities to get beyond special interest and even mob rule.

Zeus, thanks for stopping by. Yes, and it is to be confined to things more universal. I have a wording for this in the starting paper; "universal presumption and internal affairs". When we get to the point where universally presumed things are not being upheld, or when it could be said that by our own system, we are having a problem in our internal affairs. I think it is like a claim in the judicial capacity. Like it's what we would want to belong in front of a judge.

It seems I can't post the most innocuous comment on that video, before it gets removed.
